Allena is a freelance writer and editor based in Michigan. She runs GardenWall Publications, a busy freelance firm with clients and contracts such as the New York Times’ About.com and All Diva Media. She also edits and writes a regular column for a regional magazine.
She was an MSU Spartan, and graduated with honors and a degree in English. She is currently working toward a Masters in Professional Writing at the same institution.
