Catch this Copywriter’s Tale!

I’m not using this as a sales page. Yes if you go to the bottom, there will be the link. I’m sharing this story to show what a creative mind in action can do. Also there are tips throughout the story.

As I read the story I realized what zeal and courage I used to carry. Now a bit (lot) older, being reminded of great escapades that can happen, I am energized. Success is only a few thoughts away! Did Jean Luke Picard use to say, “Make it Happen?” Success to you. Mary

Hi Mary,

This is the kind of story you just can’t make up.

In 2007, I had just become a freelance writer, working for
$0.04 per word.

I looked around and noticed that people who called
themselves “copywriters” were making WAY more for
their writing…

… So I decided to become a copywriter :)

How?

I had no freaking clue!!

Then I heard that John Carlton, the most ripped-off
copywriter alive, was holding a Copywriting
Sweatshop in Reno, Nevada.

I DESPERATELY wanted to attend… but it cost $5,000
cash.

YIKES!

So I talked to my friend Rachel Rofe, who was also just
getting into copywriting, and we decided to split the
cost (you were allowed to bring a business partner).

And we STILL didn’t have the money!

So we approached a prospective client and worked
out a deal…

Carlton was going to do a copy critique for every
participant, so we told our client that we would write
the letter beforehand, and John Carlton himself would
critique it.

Our angle worked… and we got the money we needed
to attend!

But that was only the first part of the journey…

During 2 days (a full 16 hours) in a conference room
with John, he went one-by-one and RIPPED TO
SHREDS the copy everyone put forward (thinking it
was their best work).

And here’s what BLEW MY MIND…

Over the entire 2-day Sweatshop… John never got past
the sub headlines!

He spent the ENTIRE time talking about headlines,
storylines, and the critical “hook” that turns a letter into
a winner.

After the seminar, John said that Rachel and I remind
him of himself when he was starting out… and I have
since plastered the internet with his testimonial :)

But more importantly…

I went on to do over half a million dollars in sales for
my clients in my FIRST YEAR as a copywriter!

My investment was MORE than worth it… and today,
you can get access to John for a FRACTION of the
price.

He’s opening up his “Simple Writing System” for a
very short period of time, and including an INCREDIBLE
series of fast-action bonuses.

If you have any desire to improve your copywriting
skills and finally CRUSH IT with your online business,
then this is the package for you!

I’m personally recommending this because of my
previous experience with John.

If you choose to invest in John’s package today (and
I recommend moving quickly to get the best bonuses),
I’d also like to include three INCREDIBLE bonuses
of my own…

- My overwhelmingly popular freelance course, the
Freelance Profit Blueprint (currently sells for $297,
though it’s worth much more)

- A one-hour phone consultation on the business of
copywriting (currently sells for $495, thought it’s worth
MUCH more!)

- A 20-minute rapid fire video critique of any piece of
sales copy, redeemable for up to one year (currently
sells for $495, though again… worth MUCH more!!)

(Just email me after you purchase please.)

If you’re serious about improving your copywriting
and marketing skills, then this is a can’t-miss gig.

Go for it!

All success,
