Light always abounds within us: celebrate! photo by Mary MacIntyre

I thought I was going to focus on magazine article writing, but I decided to check out these 3 videos. As we all know, one idea quickly moves to another. I can return to the magazine idea at any time. Even this blog is a type of magazine. Not a famous one. Check out: www.myitthings.com/photoqueen to see some earlier writing I did on a much bigger format, re: magazine. I’ve just been a bit busy lately, and so…

The following videos don’t address magazines directly but do point to issues you could address. They are good too. Thus one idea opens a lot of avenues.

If you have throught about, or have written magazine type articles in the past that were not published. Pull them out again. Dust them off. Ask yourself the following questions:

Is this a timely article?
Would people be interested in it now?
If I re-wrote it could I make it MORE newsworthy?
Are there other places that might be interested in it?
Could I submit it to 2-4 places on the net and get paid?
Are there blogs that might be interested?
Are there other magazines or newspapers that I did not send it to before?
Could I wirte a series of articles on this topic and make an ebook?
Would publishing this article get me traffic to…?

Look you did some work. If you could get paid $5 to $30 from something that is just sitting around: go for it. Cash flow really helps boosts one’s writing ego.

That’s it for now and enjoy the videos.
